The 8th edition of the International MICE & Wedding Forum (IMWF) took place from 3rd to 6th April 2025 at the luxurious Regnum Carya, Antalya, Türkiye. The forum welcomed a curated list of top-tier global wedding planners, luxury hospitality brands, tourism boards, and industry thought leaders. The forum commenced with a warm welcome over breakfast and lunch at the Olive Restaurant, setting a relaxed tone for what was to come. Afternoon sessions included Exhibitors Orientation and Hosted Buyers Orientation, giving guests an overview of the forum’s objectives and structure. Later in the evening, brand presentations from Turkish Airlines, Regnum Carya, Inventum Global, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus were held offering valuable insights into tourism advancements and partnerships.

The next day began with a power-packed Opening Ceremony hosted by Sanchalli Arora. It featured keynote speeches from industry veterans like Sabbas Joseph (Wizcraft Group) and Santiago Corrada (Visit Tampa Bay), focusing on the theme “Celebrate One World, Every Day”.

The much-anticipated “Luminaries of Celebration” night took place in the grand ballroom, where attendees fully embraced the theme “Unleash Your Colorful Vibes” with vibrant, creative outfits that celebrated individuality and self-expression. The evening sparkled with dazzling entertainment, dynamic lighting, and a captivating showcase of Turkish artistry in hospitality, blending tradition with modern flair. B2B Meetings
The third day of the forum was all about fostering meaningful business connections, with a full schedule of B2B meetings between planners, tourism boards, and hotels throughout the morning and afternoon in the Pinus Meeting Room. The setting encouraged focused, productive discussions, allowing participants to explore new opportunities, negotiate deals, and share insights. As the day progressed, the energy remained high, with each session offering valuable opportunities for forging partnerships and building lasting relationships in the tourism industry, making it a highly productive and dynamic day.
Gala Dinner
The signature Gala Dinner, followed by an After Party, took place in the grand ballroom, offering an unforgettable evening under the theme “A Symphony of Grandeur and Grace.” With a Black Tie dress code, the event exuded sophistication, with opulent black and red décor that perfectly blended elegance and extravagance. Farewell Breakfast
