Love Non-Stop with Ankita & Salil

Love Non-Stop with Ankita & Salil

As celebrations continue in the city, Vivaah Celebrations concluded an exquisite wedding affair for their lavish couple Ankita and Salil. Vivaah Celebrations planned, managed, and conceptualized this gorgeous Wedding keeping all protocols in place. The celebrations were held at Sheraton & Ritz Carlton JBR.

The first evening saw a joyful Mehendi cocktails evening by the poolside at Sheraton. Decorated with candles and fresh bright hues of orange and yellow the celebrations kicked off in fun spirit.

DJ Gautam, an internationally renowned DJ mesmerised the audience over the 2 days wedding ensuring the attendees stay on the dance floor all night.

The next morning started with our chirpy bride getting ready for her Big Day, the Wedding Day. The Wedding Ceremony took place at the Ritz Carlton with the views of the waters and the new iconic structure, The Ain Dubai.

The Groom entered with his Baraat, while the bride had her own entourage and made a statement while she entered the venue.

The Wedding Ceremony took place under a decked-up Mandap with blush flowers and light baby tones.

After the Wedding Ceremony, the guests made their way up to the Grand Ritz Carlton Ballroom with a focus on the Pantone color of the year ‘Veri Peri’. This color tone was used throughout the evening through centrepieces and ambiance lighting.

After the Bride and Groom entered on their favorite tracks, their Royal cake cutting ceremony took place followed by their romantic first dance. Overall, the event was a great success and was very well received by the guests as well as all partners involved.

World-renowned event planners, Vivaah Celebrations led by Rahul Kumar conceptualized, planned, and managed their fun celebrations.

Masters of Ceremonies

The most renowned Show Hosts, Anchors and MCs

The world of entertainment certainly keeps growing and evolving by each passing year. The content, the participants, the audience, the concept, the production and so much more ascertains the success of an event. Another important factor is who narrates it and how. Some of the best stories, films or shows have made it big because of great storytelling. The art of keeping the audience interested and glued is a skill very few possess. In the world of Live Events, these geniuses are called Master of Ceremonies or better known as MCs.

Vivaah Celebrations (IG: @vivaahcelebrations), one of the most recognized names in destination wedding planning spoke to the finest Show Hosts and MCs in the world of events to understand what it takes to be on the top (of the stage) and make yourself heard, literally.

One of the most recognized faces on the Indian television and Live events is Sachin Kumbhar (IG: @imsachinkumbhar) An anchor, voice over artist and an actor with over 8 years of experience, he has hosted leading sporting events, several high-profile shows, corporate events and destination weddings globally. Maggi K. of Vivaah Celebrations asks Sachin what are the main differences in a commercial event versus a wedding celebration?

“One would say, as an anchor one just has to speak and deliver the lines. But there is a difference between the presentation style for each and every genre of events.

The approach, the spontaneity, the demeanour, the casualness or the seriousness, all depend on the format of the show and the event requirements.

In a corporate event, the audience mostly consists of people who don’t meet each other on a regular basis or more often know each other on a professional level, so an anchor has to work on keeping them involved and maintain the energy throughout.

Whereas at a wedding event, most of the attendees know each other and are already pumped up, looking forward to having a crazy time. The anchor has to be the one who gets the two sides of the families together and add more zest to the party.

In both the event formats, an anchor needs to keep it conversational yet fun, but most importantly have his or her own style.” –  Sachin Kumbhar

India-based Anchor and Actor, Sonam Chhabra (IG: @sonamcchhabra) is one of the most sought-after MC and is also considered an inspiration to other women pursuing this craft. Maggi K. of Vivaah Celebrations asks Sonam how have she has evolved over time, both in her profession and her social presence?

“Thank you so much for calling me an ‘inspiration’, although I feel I have miles to go before I sleep. My journey so far has been nothing short of surreal. Being an artist is not just about the glitz and glamour, it’s actually much more than meets the eye. It’s a process of continuous learning, unlearning and evolving. Some of the factors which need to align to create a successful performance are scripting, styling, shooting, lighting, outfit, hair & make up but most importantly, a positive mindset. Performance arts include building a relationship of trust with the audience, backstage team, brands, corporations and every stakeholder in the ecosystem.”

I believe one should value the life one has been gifted with rather than complaining about the odds. I have built my career on a foundation of morals, ethics and hard work. It’s been a journey of self-discovery and evolution. Honestly, early on in my career I wanted to control everything happening around me, I wanted to look a certain way, talk a certain way, be proper all the time etc. but now I feel more at ease with myself, my appearance, the way I speak. I feel confident and have evolved in the way I feel about myself. As an artist, I am not in the race to win the gold. Our craft is subjective. I just wish to connect with my audience, be my authentic self, take the pressure off and create magic! Thank you for the love!” –  Sonam Chhabra

Raja Mukherjee (IG: @rajarme) is a talent of a different breed – a rap artist, music producer as well as an MC. Maggi K. of Vivaah Celebrations asks Raja how he incorporates these talents together in a corporate show or a wedding celebration?

“Let’s put it this way, I am an artist and microphone is my weapon of choice. All of these skill sets, I have honed over a decade of being an entertainer with a lot of drive and passion to the art form.

Be it a rapper, music producer, content creator, MC – the core requirement is 2 things – a mic and me.

Just like a guitarist can play multiple genres of music, I use the mic to play a variety of characters on stage and in my videos. I love to customize the experience when I am on stage, I don’t look at things like an MC or a presenter for an event. I look at it like I am an experience provider and the stage is where I feel at my best. It opens up a different version of me.

I am also the world’s 1st corporate rapper – I have made theme songs for large multi-national corporations such as P&G, Perfetti Van Melle and Sanofi. In addition to this, renowned Indian brands like HDFC ERGO, Glenmark and many more. All this within a year and a half, 2020 included.

I love curating special segments and moments in wedding occasions because you are responsible for giving them that one experience that they will not forget about in their entire lifetime. What else can an entertainer ask for? I live to create moments like these.

I believe, as an entertainer, if you have the vision to do it, then the world is your stage and you are the rockstar!” – Raja Mukherjee

Entertaining audiences all over the country, India-based MC Jay Karmani (IG: @anchor_jk) has carved out a niche for himself in the business of wedding entertainment. Vivaah Celebrations asked Jay why he chooses to incorporate a lot of interactive games between both sides of the families at a wedding celebration and what is the thought process behind these fun-filled activities?

I always believe in entertaining my audience throughout the wedding. The best way to do this is by involving both the families and do some fun-filled interactive sessions with them. So, usually it’s the bride side versus the groom side competition where I give them points after every game on the basis of their performance and participation. The thought process behind these activities is to have fun, create that vibe and energy which will make the families happy and continue throughout the celebrations” – Jay Karmani

RJ / DJ Abhijeet (IG: @rjdjabhijeet) is one of the most recognized face and voice in the UAE with a massive fan following in the region. Vivaah Celebrations asked Abhijeet how easy or difficult it is for him to manage situations with a fan frenzy audience when hosting a wedding celebration?

It is of course an amazing feeling to be recognized by people regularly, and it does get challenging at times when you are hosting events. The people want to meet you or take pictures with you. The responsibility is on my shoulders as a MC to balance this and ensure I’m doing justice to the job I’ve been hired to do while also reciprocating the love I get from my listeners.” –  Abhijeet Adhvaryu

Big Fun for Little Ones!

Ideas to keep kids engaged at a wedding.

Wedding celebrations are undeniably one of the most anticipated events in one’s life. Families and friends come together to rejoice and enjoy memorable moments together. Such joyful celebrations include little ones who are most excited about their uncle or aunt getting married. It is seen that kids are seldom made to feel like a part of the celebrations and they eventually get restless and bored since they do not have many activities to keep them engrossed. Vivaah Celebrations lists out some fun and interactive ideas to keep the little ones engaged with cool activities while the parents can enjoy the wedding events at ease.

Kids Show

While the guests at the wedding get to enjoy a high energy dance session on the tunes spun by some of the most renowned DJs, we recommend a showcase for the kids as well. Let them have their moment of glory and fame! It’s time the kids took the stage to display their talent and contribute their bit to the lovely wedding celebrations. Try allocating a few minutes in the event schedule for the little ones perform on their favourite tracks to a room full of audience. The applause at the end of it certainly goes a long way to boost their morale, encourage them and make them feel special and a part of the wedding.

 Kids Interactive Classes

One of the most interesting zones at the wedding that keeps kids glued and engaged for hours. Sketching, Painting, Rangoli designing, Bracelet Making sessions and a whole lot more explores their creative side and makes for some of the most beautiful images. Flipping through the wedding album, you’ll notice the lovely works the little ones put together to make your wedding look even prettier.

The Carnival

Supervised and managed by professionals, this carnival can even make the adults go weak with its offering. Let the little ones indulge in Fun-Fair games, Cotton Candy, Popcorn and get their face painted. It certainly is a fun day out for the kids while everyone else is involved in the wedding celebrations. You won’t even realize how hours pass by and when you’re back to get them, they’ll still be asking for more.

Flower Girls and Boys

Kids are overwhelmed and excited right from the preparations of the wedding and you’d see that they want to contribute to the celebrations in their own little way.
How about assigning them the roles of escorting the Bride down the aisle with baskets of flower petals
that they can shower along the way. Flower Girls and Boys make for some of the prettiest images and videos. More importantly, it makes the kids feel an important part of the ceremony.

Kids Club

A nightclub setting for the little ones like a Kids Disco! Why not? With kids-friendly music and mocktails being served at the bar, this is one fun zone where the kids can shake a leg and enjoy their own dance sessions in a controlled environment. Keep them occupied with high energy activities for hours while you celebrate at a venue nearby.

Kids Corner

Face Painting, Glitter Art and their own little Mehendi / Henna stations amuses and engages the little ones with much delight. The quirky fun designs on their little hands and feet bring them much joy as they walk about and show off their fun little ideas on their palms all throughout the wedding. We’ve seen kids get innovative and cute as they get their favourite cartoon characters or animals painted with Henna or Glitter.

Customized Wedding Collateral by VC Creative Studio

Your wedding celebration is one of the most important days of your life and you may have most definitely thought out your event experience and themes in detail. However, the guest experience begins much before the events are in progress.

First impressions matter the most and we guide you on how you can work on Wow-ing your guests with the Unexpected!

Our concept team constantly challenges their creative horizons to explore ideas that gets your guests gushing over even after the wedding celebrations are over.

This time, VC Creative Studios takes you into the magnificent world of Wedding Collaterals & Stationery.

Designer Invitations

As a symbol of respect and admiration, the traditional invitation is still an important part of the Indian culture when it comes to weddings. The style, design and concept of the invites have evolved over time. An invitation card is still sent out or hand delivered to guests wherever possible despite all electronic versions of invitations available. You know your folks want it this way, make the best of it!

Your invitation is more often the first connect to your guest, possibly sitting at their coffee table for a few weeks for all to see. Let your invitation’s design and concept speak much about your personality, style, preferences and a taste of things to come during the celebrations.

Specialized Invitation Designers meet the Bride & Groom to understand their style, preferences and personalities. All of this is reflected in the kind of Invitation Card, Box or Hamper that is custom designed for you.

Airport Signage

At a destination wedding, your next touch point with your guests would most likely be the airport at destination. A customized and personalized Airport Welcome Signage held by the transport team at the Arrivals area of the destination airport is a delight for your guests to see.

Welcome Letter

Wait till they see the sweet little Welcome Letter that the chauffer will hand over to them on their ride to the venue. Choose the most humble and welcoming verbatim for your Welcome Letter that can be handed over to the guest as soon as they’re seated in the cars or when they arrive at the venue.

Customized Water Bottles

When they reach out to refresh themselves with that bottle of water sitting in the cup holder, they would yet again see a hint of the wedding theme on the bottle label wrapper. Beware, keep it subtle with not a lot of information on this label.
Perhaps just the wedding logo of your initials on it and your social media hashtag would just be ideal.

Luggage Tags

Upon arrival at the hotel, your guests are assisted with their luggage by the Bell Desk team who strap on your customized wedding themed luggage tags which bears the wedding logo and dates on one side of it and information fields such as
Name and Room No. on the other side. You may provide these tags to the hotel ahead of time to use these for guest luggage instead of their regular tags.

Key Card Sleeves

One of the most helpful concepts, the key card sleeve is not just appreciated for its novelty factor but also for the practicality of it.
The hotel would usually provide your guests with a key card inserted into a foldable sleeve which mentions information on the hotel or its food and beverage outlets. Instead, you could choose to have your own key card sleeves designed and printed with the events information of the following days of the celebration. It comes in handy for your guests to know what is happening at which location at any hour of the day in terms of Flow of Events.

Welcome Notes

A smaller concise version of your Welcome Letter could be a Welcome Note that could be sitting on the coffee table in the room where your guest would check in or could be attached to the Room Hamper that you may be placing. This could be a personal message of a few sentences welcoming the guest to the venue and how you’re looking forward celebrating with them over the next few days.

Do Not Disturb Tags

The fun continues even during the snooze hours in between celebrations. Let people know you’ve had a great time partying the previous night and hence do not want to be disturbed. Themed DND tags with your logo and
hashtag can be placed in rooms for guests to hang them at their doorknob for a sound stylish sleep.

Directional Signage

Chances are that you may have opted for exotic spots in a venue for your celebration and getting there could be an exploration trip for your guest. Look at it as another opportunity to wow your guest with your wedding themed directional signage that could read for example ‘You’re only a few steps away from Awesomeness’ or something subtle like ‘This way to our Gateway of Happiness ’.

Ritual Booklets

You may have guests of different demographics, cultures and ethnicities on your big day. And it may become quite confusing for your guest to follow the rituals if they do not already know about them. It definitely adds a thoughtful touch to the ceremony when you provide them with small ritual booklets that tells them about each stage of the ceremony.

Food & Bar Menus

Themed Menu Cards is a good addition to your stationery suite as you can customize these according to the theme of each evening. You may even explore the idea of naming each dish differently as per your choice that may tell a story. But be sure, the same name appears at the Food Counters.

Beverage Napkins

If yours is a wedding where guests would spend a good enough time at the bar, it would be great to have custom printed beverage napkins placed there. Having a chat or two at the bar,
they constantly see and appreciate the detailing you’ve gone into with your wedding.

Instagram Boards

In today’s day and age, you’d love for your wedding to be spoken of, appreciated and remembered for a long time to come.
Thanks to social media and avid followers, your celebrations can be well documented by friends and family using
the wedding hashtag which you may place throughout the venue for guests to instantly post on the digital world.

Thank You Notes

Finally, to top it all, express your gratitude and appreciation to your guests with a beautifully designed Thank You note that you can place either on the dinner plates on the last event or even in their rooms before they check out of the hotel. This could be accompanied by a small wedding favour of your choice.

An important note is to keep the theme and colours consistent through all your stationery as you create a lasting impression with a recall value. You may even mention your social media hashtag on each of the stationery so guests can document your cherished moments every step of the way.

Vivaah Celebrations brings to you many more exciting concepts for your wedding in the next blog.

How do you envision your big day? – Megha Kewlani, COO of Vivaah Celebrations

Does the Palais du Versailles mesmerize you or fun-filled Disneyland? Does a beach/yacht wedding against the backdrop of the colour changing Mediterranean sea makes your heart skip a beat? Or you’d like the shor-sharaba of a big fat royal Indian wedding in a Jaipur haveli? Megha Kewlani, the COO of Vivaah Celebrations, an avid traveler and aesthete, then, should be on your speed-dial. Raised in Poland, educated in London, having worked in Paris and Madrid, she is now in Dubai doing what she loves best – heading a destination wedding planning/event company Vivaah Celebrations.

Recognised as The Most influential Women 2021 by FilmfareMe.

What has been your career path thus far and how have you achieved so much at such a young age?

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I’ve just only begun and have a long way to go. I’ve had an interesting international journey so far; originally from India, born in UAE, brought up in Poland. I then decided to pursue my further studies in London, which opened avenues for me to work in other cities such as Paris, Madrid and now I’m realizing my dream in Dubai. My family has been my strength throughout my journey in achieving what I have. Being a woman, traveling across the globe to find my forte is not a privilege everyone gets. They’ve been supportive throughout my journey and always encouraged me to explore new avenues and do more. I also believe that identifying opportunities and making the best of it is an essential factor. Nothing comes easy; one must grasp on to the opportunities, work on it passionately and consistently exceed expectations. I have been blessed to be surrounded by reputable individuals who saw the potential in me and gave me opportunities to prove what I am capable of. I’m empowered, focused and driven to revolutionize the business of events and forge a new path where others will follow. I still have a long way ahead of me. I aspire to create my own footprints, make my family proud and inspire the next generation of businesswomen.

When did you realize your passion for event management?

Event management has grasped my attention from as early as my childhood. I was always on the forefront to bring the neighborhood kids together and organize small parties or events just because I wanted to have a fun celebration. Occasions such as Halloween, birthday parties and evening teas was something I would ideate and put together in a small simple way when I was in school. No matter the scale of the event I’ve always been intrigued and interested in the way everything was organized. I was interested in knowing what goes on behind the scenes; how much human resource was required, the operations, the management and the finer details. Growing up I knew I wanted to be a part of the events industry. I came across a 4-years Bachelors and Honors degree in International Events Management at Regents University London and decided to pursue a formal education before I embarked on a professional career.

Entrepreneurship runs in your family. How do you see that osmotically enter your career as well?

I must say, it definitely has been inspiring to see my family be successful entrepreneurs who have achieved immense success. However, I never took it for granted nor did I ever expect things to be handed over to me easily. My family has brought me up with strong principles that have defined that anything worth having, does not come easy. Since childhood up until now, I have had to prove my worth, skills and acumen to enjoy the respect and accolades from my family. This has made me independent, strong and focused in my vision. Every accomplishment and milestone I achieve is something my family can be proud of as I work hard towards it and do not take an easy route. I’m blessed to have the support and encouragement from my family to go out there and contribute my best towards the business in the prime years of my life. Every day is interesting and the journey has been fulfilling thus far.

Which is the most memorable wedding you have worked for and why?

Hands down, it has to be the first ever destination wedding in Disneyland Paris which we planned and managed a couple of years ago. It is still one of the most recognized events globally in the portfolio of Vivaah Celebrations. This truly was the real definition of a fairy-tale wedding. Disneyland Paris played host to one of the most magnificent Indian wedding celebrations where some of the finest memories were created that every attendee would cherish for a lifetime. With over 300 guests from around the world dressed in their finest outfits and ensemble, this was truly a magical wedding. We worked closely with the Disneyland Paris teams to ensure an unparalleled event – one that would go down the history books as the first and one of the finest wedding celebrations held at Disneyland Paris.

You travel across continents for your work. What aspects of this world travel gets reflected in your work?

I have always believed that travel opens your heart, broadens your mind and fills your life with stories to tell. This is exactly what we do with our weddings. Having traveled the world, I have learned to explore different cultures, traditions, cuisines, hospitality, nuances and habits that I eventually fuse into wedding celebrations somewhere in the future. I owe this to the extensive travels I have done of across many different cities and countries around the world. Quite often, we get asked to plan and conceptualize a cross-cultural wedding where bride and groom belong to different ethnicities. They feel much at ease and comfort with me as I can relate to much of what they share with me about their cuisines, rituals and expectations since my travels have educated and enriched me. I look forward to returning to my travels and exploring lots more around the world.

How do you manage your professional and personal life when it comes to the business of events?

In the business of events, you can never draw a line with professional and personal life. With undefined hours and unpredictable workdays, our team including myself spend a lot of time planning and conceptualizing events without any track of weekdays or weekends. Furthermore, most events are usually held on weekends and more often in the evenings. This limits my personal time quite a bit. I do make time for my fitness and meditation as it helps me rejuvenate and maintain an equilibrium. Quite simply, we sacrifice our own personal events, ceremonies, family time to shape up someone else’s big day. And I do not regret it one bit as the satisfaction we get after having delivered a successful event is unparalleled.

Apart from the business background, are you inclined towards social work? Which sector would you want to contribute to?

For me, this most definitely has to be women empowerment. Being a woman in the business of events, I have seen first-hand how women are seen and judged when you are out there working late at nights, traveling alone or conducting meetings with top professionals globally. For a woman, it takes a long list of achievements, accolades, appreciation and recognition to finally win the respect of colleagues and peers. Having worked with multiple firms in different parts of the world, I finally found comfort and a nurturing nest with Vivaah Celebrations where every team member is empowered to think, ideate and share opinions. Furthermore, women in our team are given an equal platform to compete with their male counterparts which in-turn enhances the product and service offering to our clients. In my individual capacity, I have already formed a network of entrepreneurial women in this region where we meet once a month to share best practices, accomplishments and future plans.

What are the unique demands that your clients put forth and how have you managed them?

Most couples come to us asking for something different or unique at their wedding; something that has never been done before. This stimulates our team to get their creative juices flowing. Having said that, unique concepts more often mean ideating something from scratch or innovating a fresh creation which requires time, energy and supporting budgets. Every wedding or event is dynamic as every client has a different set of requirements or expectations. This constantly makes us hit the reset button and begin from scratch. We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all approach’ and continuously like to challenge ourselves to raise the bar and achieve something that the client and the team can be proud of.

What advice would you like to give young aspiring entrepreneurs looking and creating a mark for themselves?
The young breed of entrepreneurs is ambitious, eager to learn and focused to make a difference. The future of the business world looks limitless and there is much evolution around the corner.Especially with new age businesses engulfing unconventional business streams that have only sprung up in the past decade or so, just like our business of events and weddings. Over the years, the destination weddings industry has blown out to be a multi-billion dollars industry. Our profession is now recognized globally with formal associations, conferences and congresses held internationally. Follow your passion, work hard and aspire to make a mark. These should be the motivating factors for a career drive. For such young entrepreneurs, sky is the limit.

What your Wedding Planner expects from you

Your wedding is one of the most important celebrations in your life. Entrusting someone to meticulously plan and execute for your big day is crucial. Ensuring that all your vendors, service providers and the host property are on the same page and synced can be quite a challenge. Here are some of the things your Wedding Planner wished you did when you sign them on and seal the deal.

Talk to Us
Speaking candidly with your wedding planner can help ease out the entire planning and conceptualizing process. It is vital to develop a rapport and comfort with your wedding planner over the weeks and months leading up to your big day. We’d love to know involved you’d like to be in every detail so we can assess how much and how often we bring information back to you for decision making. Every couple has a different level of involvement through their wedding planning depending on the work schedules, time zones and other commitments. On the other hand, some couples are hands-on with the day-to-day planning. Some even choose to entrust the responsibilities to other family members to liaise with their planners on the behalf.

Tell us your essentials and wishlists. This allows us to have a better insight and keep a keen eye on your non-negotiables. We’d love to know about your smallest details that may mean the world to you and your family. Finally, tell us your story, your experiences, how you met your partner, your likes and dislikes as it helps us shape up your big day adaptive to your personalities.

Let’s envision together
Come prepared for a meeting with your planner. We love to see what inspires you whether it be photos, colour swatches, past event references, cinema, art – whatever you desire really. As planner, we love it when the couple is involved in the concepts and details of their wedding. We’re all ears for you to tell us whatever you have dreamed of. We then look into feasibilities, enhancements and steer your ideas in a direction better suited for your wedding celebrations.

We understand that you’re excited about your big day and would like to incorporate everything in it. As ‘experienced planners, we will be able to provide insights and tips on enhancing your selections.

Trust your Planners
An experienced wedding planner would have seen it all, the good, the bad and the ugly. Their valuable recommendations and suggestions most definitely help shape up a flawless celebration. A credible wedding planner is calm and at ease when scenarios play out differently than planned and will have backup plans to fix them. The essentials, things to avoid, all the ‘wow’ factors and so much more can come from your wedding planners as they have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. Choose a planner who is willing to advice rather than just merely follow your instructions.

Don’t hesitate to ask for references
It is totally alright to ask your planner for references of past work or past clients to get more comfort and endorsement if required. A successful, experienced and credible planner should be able to furnish this without any hesitation. After all, there is no better endorsement than a previous client’s recommendation.

If you’ve picked your venue, you could ask them for recommendations for vendors. Since your chosen venue may have hosted many celebrations in the past, they will be able to recommend vendors that they’ve worked with before and vouch for their work and credibility. Vendors who are
comfortable working with each other results in a memorable celebration with minimal or no challenges.

Believe in the process
Through tried and tested processes, we guide our couples through the most effective, efficient and easy way to plan their big day. Through a pre-set pattern, your wedding has a roadmap that we follow with carefully defined timelines. Every little detail has been thought through and will be attended to with precise timing. The right planners should have the entire process mapped out to ensure you’re at peace right from the start and are kept informed of all the progress along the way.

Inform your planners of all your vendors
Sometimes, you may choose to confirm the services of vendors you may know in person or may have worked with in the past. Make sure you inform your wedding planner of this; preferably even before you finalize the services of these vendors so your planner can help negotiate contracts and manage expectations on both sides. Informing your planners of all your vendors and providing contact details will ensure a hassle free coordination and smooth operations during the days of the events.

Let your planners know about key decision makers
We understand weddings are an important ceremony in the lives of the couple and their families. Planning for such events can be overwhelming and may involve many family members. We love that everyone wants to be a part of the wedding and have contribute their bit.
